Here are some of the home made remedies we use in our family. All of them are made with essential oils or essential oils blended into carrier oils like grapeseed or sunflower.  We make no medical claims and advise you to check with your personal physician before using them.

In addition to good food, fresh air and a reasonable amount of rest, we use these to keep our family healthy.
Headache Formula - 5ml - $15.00

This formula is made with lavender and peppermint and is not diluted in a carrier oil.  Put three drops on a tissue and inhale.  You can also put 6 drops in a bowl of ice water and use a washcloth to apply it to your head.
Stomach Ache Formula - 2 oz.  - $15.00

This formula is made with lavender and chamomile.  It really helps when you are nauseated or have a bout of the intestinal flu.  Rub clockwise on your abdomen 3 to 4 times a day.
Cold Formula - 2oz.  -  $10.00
Made with essential oils of oregano and eucalyptus, mixed in a grapeseed carrier oil.  Rub this oil on the chest and back three to four times a day to relieve cough and congestion.  We also rub it on the soles of our feet and put on a warm pair of socks at night.

Hay Fever Drops - 5 ml  - $10.00

This formula is made with oregano, eucalyptus and anise.  It is undiluted in a carrier oil.  Use 6 drops on a tissue and inhale.
Disclaimer:  You should always consult a doctor regarding matters of your health or the health of the people you love.  While these home remedies are made from natural plant extracts, some people may have allergies or be taking drugs that can react with the herbal substances.  Essential oils are very much like drugs in that they should be used as directed.  More is not necessarily better!
